The detachable clip was developed and patented in 2014. It is the very heart of the Grad® system, providing the connection between the aluminum structure and the boards. Infinitely removable and replaceable, it's a feat of engineering with a 20-year warranty. Durable, it can be clipped onto any Grad® grooved board and offers countless options.

Types of installation
With the Grad® system, we can customize the finish to suit your needs. Thanks to our modern production facilities, we can quickly install and manufacture custom rails in any quantity. The designer can change the spacing between the clips for finishing with boards of different widths, thicknesses and shapes.
Horizontal installation
The Silva S series stands for narrow slats, the recommended direction of installation is horizontal. These profiles are machined at an angle to facilitate water flow. Several species and widths are available.
Vertical installation
The Anta S series stands for narrow boards whose recommended installation direction is vertical. These profiles are planed with straight edges. Several trees and widths are available.
Variable installation
The Varibo range includes 3 MOSO® X-treme® profiles, the recommended direction of which is vertical. These profiles are planed with straight edges. Thanks to the dedicated rail, which allows you to combine different widths according to the rhythm of Varibo, it is possible to create a unique facade design.
3D finish
Thanks to the Anta S Thermopin range, it is also possible to change the thickness. By combining 2 profiles, you can give your facade character.

Exclusive clip coating without screws and with a perfect finish. Every configuration is possible with a wide range of available types. Aluminum rails, industrially equipped with polyoxymethylene (POM) terminals, provide an optimal invisible fastening system for facade cladding equipment.
With the Grad® system, we can customize the finish to suit your needs. Thanks to our modern production facilities, we can quickly set up and make any quantity to order.
Mini rail
The Mini Rail, which is non-load-bearing, is intended for fixing cladding or ceiling sections. It is the lightest and thinnest rail in our system. It can be used to create very thin surfaces: 32 mm including 20 mm plate. Mini Rail can also be curved with 500mm radius projects with curved surfaces.
Start rail
Start Rail is a simplified version of Flat Rail and is intended for projects without special restrictions. It can be used to secure cladding, soffit and ceiling sections. It can be used to create very thin surfaces; 38mm including 20mm board.
PR39
PR 39 is a structural rail suitable for fixing cladding, soffit and ceiling sections. This rail can be used to separate facade fasteners for projects with special technical and environmental constraints. It is designed to create 65mm thick surfaces that include a 20mm plate. It is particularly suitable for external insulation projects or projects with special technical characteristics.

Invisible fastening system for optimized installation with perfect board alignment and no visible screws.
Thanks to the disassembly keys, the board is as easy to unclip as it is to attach it.
Kebony wood
Kebony® wood is made from radiata pine that has been treated with a liquid additive made from plant-based ingredients. This makes it very durable and very stable. This breed has very few knots, which guarantees a flawless appearance. Over the months and depending on the exposure conditions, it will take on a silvery gray hue.
Use class according to EN 335: 4 Durability class according to NF EN 350: 1. Warranty – 30 years.
Thermoash
Thermoash is a type of wood with very small knots that has been thermally modified at 215°C to increase its stability and resistance to rot. It will develop a very beautiful silvery patina over time when exposed to UV light.

Thermopine
Spruce is a honey-colored wood variety with 2 to 6 knots per linear meter. It uses heat treatment at 215°C, which combines water vapor and heat to permanently change the internal structure of the wood. The strength and stability of the material has been greatly improved. It is available in two colors: brown and gray.
Use class according to EN 335: 3 Durability class according to NF EN 350: 1. Warranty – 15 years.
Aluminum
Aluminum has many advantages. It is a material that is extremely durable and stable over time. It is also very light and resistant to aggressive environments. It is available in several impressive color shades.
Bamboo
MOSO® Bamboo X-treme® is exquisite, knot-free. MOSO® Bamboo X-treme® boards are made from bamboo slats that are heat treated at 200°C and then compressed into a very high density. This two-step process increases its hardness and stability, ensuring a durable outdoor installation.
Use class according to EN 335: 4 Durability class according to NF EN 350: 1. Warranty – 25 years.
